RB Reality began decades ago in Czechia. My father ran this agency with a single secretary and a reputation for honesty. I brought the name to Sofia because I love this city—my first foreign trip as a child was to Bulgaria, and thirty years later I chose to make it home.Finding my own flat in Sofia taught me the market the hard way: weeks of calls, dozens of agents, heated negotiations, and a lot of grit. I found a beautiful place on fair terms—and I learned how to protect people from the common pitfalls. Now I use that experience to help locals and foreigners navigate Sofia’s real estate market with respect and clarity.
